Hello, I’m Lorain Crowl, founder of Leadwell 360, LLC Consulting and now Bridgewell 360, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping low-income families in crisis gain assistance before they are living in a home without power or even worse, facing eminent eviction.
Our Upstate South Carolina non-profit family of service providers is second to none, in my opinion. However, despite all that our great partners are doing to help keep individuals and families housed, the eviction rate in South Carolina is out of control. After serving 15 low-income housing properties over the last three years, Leadwell 360 Consultants can tell you that as little as $300 can help a family facing eviction or utilities shut off remain stably housed.
Please join us by providing support for these struggling families! Over the next 12 months, we will qualify applicants, provide funding and follow their progress to measure the impact of the Bridgewell 360 Financial Assistance Program and report it back here.
We will measure success by the number of households assisted that continue to remain stably housed for 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. We will measure the number of months case management was needed and what support was provided. And we will measure any increase in income over the year period that will ensure long-term stability.
